Privacy Policy

Culture Meets Capital is committed to protecting the privacy of those who interact with the institution. This policy explains what personal data the institution collects, why and how it is used.

The institution collects personal data through email correspondence, registration forms (for events, courses, the Resilience Index and other publications) and standard website analytics. Data is processed lawfully, fairly and on the basis of legitimate interests or consent, as appropriate to the context and only for purposes consistent with the correspondence or registration in question.

Personal data is not sold. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver an institutional service (for example, an event venue receiving a guest list) and only with appropriate data-handling agreements in place.

Individuals have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction and request deletion.

Such requests should be sent to hello@culturemeetscapital.co.uk and will be addressed promptly.

This policy will be updated as the institution's data processing develops. The current version supersedes any earlier version.
